Asking prices in Palm Jumeirah run +15.9% against what buyers paid in the same buildings over the last three months. 327 of the 940 resale listings valued ask 30% or more above their own building; 151 ask at or below the registered level.

Half the listings have been up for 24 days or more, and 9% for more than 90 days. Listings published in the last month ask +23.0% over their building; those published more than three months ago ask +37.7%. What does not sell is what asks too much.
