Privacy

Short version: we store what you type into the advisor only if you ask us to send you something, and we never pass it on unless you tick a box that says exactly what will happen.

What we collect

Using the advisor without asking for a report stores nothing about you beyond ordinary web server logs (IP address, time, page), kept for security and to limit abuse, and deleted on rotation.

If you ask for the one-page report, we store your email address or phone number, the answers you gave, the areas we suggested and the time. We use it to send you that report and nothing else. No newsletter, no follow-up.

If you ask for an agent to call you, we store your name, email and phone, the report, and the exact text of the consent box you ticked, as proof of what you agreed to. We pass your name, email and phone to one RERA-licensed agent who covers the areas in your report. We do not sell your details, we do not pass them to more than one agent, and we do not contact you by phone or messaging ourselves.

When you paste a listing, the text is sent to an AI model (Anthropic's Claude) to extract the building, size, bedrooms and price. Do not paste personal details into it; we only need the advert.

Who is responsible

The operator of dubaitruepricing.com, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The UAE Personal Data Protection Law applies. If you are in the European Union, the GDPR applies to you as well, and sharing your details with a Dubai agent is a transfer outside the EU that only happens with your explicit consent.

Your rights

Write to us to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We answer within 30 days. Withdrawing consent stops any further sharing; it cannot undo a call an agent has already made.

Retention

Report requests: 12 months. Agent requests: 24 months, because the consent record is our proof. Server logs: 30 days.

Cookies

The advisor sets no cookies and loads no tracking. Photographs are served from Pexels' image servers, which see your IP address when the image loads.
