Data licence and what is not published
Source and attribution
Source: Dubai Land Department transaction records via Dubai Pulse open data. Not affiliated with or endorsed by the Government of Dubai or the Dubai Land Department. Asking prices are aggregated from public listings.
Transaction records come from the open data platform of Digital Dubai (Dubai Pulse), which publishes Dubai Land Department transactions under the Dubai open data licence and the United Arab Emirates federal open data policy. That licence permits commercial use, derived works and public communication, and requires attribution. It does not permit the use of official logos, nor any suggestion of official endorsement, nor reselling the raw register as a feed. This site publishes derived comparisons and the individual registered sales behind each building, which is public record, and is not a mirror of the register.
What is not published, and why
- No listing URLs. Portal terms of use restrict the redistribution of their listings. Nothing here links to a listing.
- No agency or agent names. They are never collected and never stored in anything this site produces.
- No listing titles, descriptions, photographs or reference numbers.
- No listing-by-listing tables. Asking prices appear only as aggregates: how many live listings a building has and what the median asks, per number of bedrooms. A median of several listings is a market statistic, not a reproduction of anyone's listing.
Registered sales are shown one by one, because they are a public record published for that purpose. Asking prices are shown only in aggregate, because they are not.
Accuracy
Figures are derived from third-party records and are provided for information only. They are not a valuation, not investment advice, and not a substitute for professional advice on a specific property.
Reuse
Quoting figures from this site is welcome with a link back. Bulk copying of the generated pages is not, and would in any case be stale within a week.
